芝麻素对代谢综合征患者脂代谢紊乱和胰岛素抵抗的干预作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察芝麻素对代谢综合征(MS)患者血脂及胰岛素抵抗的影响,分析其临床应用价值。方法将132例MS患者按随机双盲法分为实验组和对照组,每组66例,对照组患者均给予健康生活指导及尼群地平控制血压,实验组在对照组干预方法的基础上加用芝麻素100 mg/次,3次/d,连续服用3个月。结果治疗后实验组与对照组对MS的总有效率分别为87.9%、71.2%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.866,P<0.05);治疗后实验组体重指数、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率分别为(25.6±1.7)kg/m2、(8.3±1.3)mmol/L、(4.7±0.4)、(1.5±0.8)mmol/L、(4.0±0.8)mmol/L、(2.9±0.5)mmol/L及(24.4±2.4)mg/24 h,均明显低于对照组相应参数,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论芝麻素可有效改善MS患者血脂代谢紊乱及胰岛素抵抗,对预防心脑血管事件的发生发展具有重要临床意义。Objective To observe the influence of Sesamin on lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods 132 cases of MS patients were divided into experimental group and control group by the method of randomized and double-blind.The control group patients were treated with healthy lifestyle guid ance,and the blood pressure was controlled by Nitrendipine,the experimental group patients were given Sesamin（once 100 mg,3 times a day） on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.Results After treatment,the effective rates of experimental group and the control group was 87.9% and 71.2%,respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ^2=8.866,P〈 0.05）;The values of BMI,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,LDL-C and UAER in observation group after treatment was（25.6±1.7） kg/m2,（8.3±1.3） mmol/L,（4.7±0.4）,（1.5±0.8） mmol/L,（4.0± 0.8） mmol/L,（2.9±0.5） mmol/L and（24.4±2.4） mg/24 h,respectively,significant lower than the corresponding parame ters in control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Sesamin can effectively improve dyslipidemia and insulin resistance in MS patients,has important clinical significance for the development of prevention of cardiovascular events.
