疼痛改善性护理对髋关节置换术后患者日常生活活动的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛改善性护理在髋关节置换术患者中的应用及效果。方法选择2011年8月～2012年12月在深圳市宝安区人民医院骨科收治的80例髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,根据有无实施疼痛改善性护理分为A组和B组,A组患者仅给予常规模式下的疼痛护理干预措施,而B组患者给予疼痛改善性护理模式下的疼痛护理干预措施,比较两组患者疼痛情况、日常生活能力和患者对护理人员提供护理服务方式和态度的满意度。结果治疗后,B组患者疼痛评分[(0.95±0.29)分]和日常生活活动(ADL)评分[(83.75±9.28)分]明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者对护理人员提供护理服务态度(97.62%)和方式(100.00%)的满意度均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛改善性护理模式指导下的疼痛护理干预措施能够明显减轻患者疼痛程度,促进患者尽早参与康复训练,提高患者的日常生活能力,提高患者对护理服务态度和方式的满意度。Objective To investigate application effect on ability of daily life in patients after total hip arthroplasty by pain improve sexual nursing mode.Methods 80 patients with total hip arthroplasty who were treated in the Department of Orthopaedics in Bao＇an District People＇s Hospital of Shenzhen City from August 2011 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects.Then they were divided into group A and group B according to providing nursing intervention measures under the guide of the pain improve sexual nursing mode,patients in group A were given pain nursing measures under the guidance of routine nursing mode,patients in group B were given pain nursing measures under the guidance of the pain improve sexual nursing mode.The pain situation,ability of daily life and patients satisfaction for attitude and way of nursing staff providing nursing service measures were evaluated.Results The scores of pain situation [（0.95 ±0.29） points] and ability of daily life [（83.75 ±9.28） points] in the group B were better than those in group A（P〈 0.05）,but the patients＇ satisfaction for attitude（97.62%） and way（100.00%） of nursing staff providing nursing service measures in group B were higher than those in group A（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The pain nursing intervention measures under the guide of the pain improve sexual nursing mode can significantly reduce pain,promote rehabilitation training as soon as possible,improve the patient＇s life ability and improve the patients＇ satisfaction for attitude and way of nursing service measures.
