晚期癌痛硬外阻滞配伍用药可使用时间的研究

摘　　要：目的研究晚期癌痛硬外阻滞配伍用药可使用时间。方法将0.125%盐酸布比卡因、0.25%利多卡因、庆大霉素80 mg、杜冷丁250 mg、地塞米松15 mg,配伍生理盐水,稀释成250 mL(1个单位)的硬外阻滞用药。随机取10个单位在其各自存用的0、2、4、6、8、10、20、30 d进行剩余液体的需氧菌、厌氧菌、真菌培养、阴性阳性对照及庆大霉素浓度(旋光度)测定;同时进行4个(0、10、20、30 d)时间节点3个批次复合液稳定性实验。结果经复合液稳定性实验,5项指数均达标,复合液性状稳定、庆大霉素抗菌活性(旋光度)不变、呈无菌状态。结论硬外阻滞复合液在无菌操作前提下,存放于冰箱使用中及以后的剩余液体可长时间保持无菌,性能稳定。配制1次,使用1周是安全的。临床上镇痛效果可靠。Objective To study the available time of epidural anesthesia combined with drugs on terminal cancer pain.Methods 0.125% of Bupivacaine Hydrochloride,0.25% of Lidocaine,80 mg of Gentamicin,250 mg of Dolantin and 15 mg of Dexamethasone were diluted to 250 mL epidural anesthesia drugs with saline.10 units of liquid compound were randomly selected and then the cultured after 0,2,4,6,8,10,20,30 d by aerobic,anaerobic bacteria and fun gal,and proved by specific optical rotation and negative and positive control experiment;finally the liquid compound were studied by stability test at 4 times point among 3 batches.Results The five indexes were not exceeded by complex compound stability test,and the character of liquids was stably.Gentamicin antibacterial activity（rotation） re mained the same and sterile.Conclusion The treatment of advanced cancers is clinically effective in combination in sterile conditions.The initial epidural block complex liquid（the prescription） and remains can be stored in refrigera tors for a lone time with stable effects.It has been safe to prepare and use if used once a week.
