摘 要:地面共振检查试验是新直升机研制过程中的重要试验之一。传统测试方法中,采用有线测试,不仅增加了试验难度同时也增加了试验风险。本文研究设计了一种以无线振动传感器为核心的测试系统,论述了测试系统原理及方法,设计开发了系统软件。本测试系统中,前端振动感应元件采用北京必创科技开发的无线加速度传感器,经过系统集成、软件开发、地面联调和环境试验考核,结合某型直升机地面共振检查试验任务,进行了装机实际应用。试验遵循直升机"地面共振检查"设计规范。通过工程应用表明,该测试系统稳定、可靠,降低了试验难度,提高了试验安全性,达到预期试验目的,对类似领域的工程具有重要参考价值。The ground resonance check during development processes of new test helic is one of the important tests opters . The traditional wired test methods increase not only the difficulty of the tests but also risk. A test system is designed in this paper based on wireless vibration sensors as cores. The test principle and method are presented and the system software is programmed. In this test system, a wireless acceleration sensor from Beijing Beetech is used as the front-end vibration sensing unit. After system integration, software development, ground and environment test, the system is installed for practical application combined with the ground resonance check tests of a type of helicopter.The tests follow design codes of helicopter ground resonance check tests. The engineering application shows that the test system has advantages of stability, reliability, reduced test difficulty, improved test security, and achieves the desired purposes. The discussion of this paper has important reference value for the similar engineering.
