中年女性骨密度的超声研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声诊断在评价中年女性骨密度方面的临床应用价值。方法 :应用 UBIS 5 0 0 0型超声骨密度仪对 1 2 2名 41～ 6 5岁正常中年女性的跟骨进行检测 ,并将所测得的超声振幅衰减值 (BUA值 )以 5岁为一年龄组进行分组 ,用统计学方法来分析相邻的每组 BUA均值之间的关系 ,观察各年龄组 BUA均值间有无显著差异。结果 :经统计学分析 ,46～ 5 0岁与 5 1～ 5 5岁年龄组妇女 BUA均值之间有明显差异 ,P<0 .0 5 ,且这两组妇女的年龄和其相应的 BU A值之间呈线性负相关 ,其回归公式为 y=- 0 .39x+88.1 ,|r|>r,P<0 .0 5 ,其它各组 :41～ 45岁与 46～ 5 0岁 ,5 1～ 5 5岁与 5 6～ 6 0岁 ,5 6～ 6 0岁与 6 1～ 6 5岁 BUA均值之间无明显统计学差异。结论 :测量 BUA值可以反映妇女绝经年龄与其骨密度下降之间的密切关系 。Objective:To discuss the value of the ultrasonography in diagnosis of osteoporosis in middle aged women Methods:122 normal middle aged women with 41 to 65,average 51 6 age were divided into 5 groups The age range for each group is 5 years Broadband ultrasound attenuation(BUA) and relevant parameters were measured by quantitative ultrasound UBIS 5000 Results:The BUA between the 46 50 group and the 51 55 group is different( P <0 05),the BUA has correlation with the ages of the two groups The formulation is y=-0 39+88 1,(｜r｜> r 0 05, P <0 05) The BUA between the compared groups(41 45 and 46 50,51 55 and 56 60,56 60 and 61 65)did not show any difference Conclusion:Ultrasonography is available in detection of womens bone density in diagnosis of osteoporosis
