彩超对肾囊肿患者肾动脉血流的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨肾囊肿患者肾动脉血流的改变 ,为肾囊肿的诊断与鉴别诊断提供一条新途径。方法 :对 98例肾囊肿患者和 87例正常人肾动脉进行研究。结果 :1、多囊肾患者组肾动脉平均峰值流速高于对照组 ,二者比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;血管阻力指数低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;2、单纯性肾囊肿患者组肾动脉平均峰值流速高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,血管阻力指数高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;3、单纯性肾囊肿患者组与多囊肾患者组肾动脉平均峰值流速无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,单纯性肾囊肿患者组血管阻力指数明显高于多囊肾患者组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;4、单纯性肾囊肿患者肾动脉血流峰值流速、血管阻力指数随囊肿增大而增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,多囊肾患者肾动脉血流峰值流速、血管阻力指数无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;5、多囊肾患者肾动脉血流峰值流速随囊肿数量的增多而增高 ,血管阻力指数随囊肿数量的增多而降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,单纯性肾囊肿患者肾动脉血流峰值流速、血管阻力指数无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :多囊肾患者肾动脉血流量增高。Objective:To study the blood changes of renal artery in patients with renal cyst Methods:Renal artery in 98 patients with renal cyst and 87 normal persons were studied Results:1 The mean peak systolic flow velocity (PSFV) of renal artery in the patients was higher than that of control the with significant difference ( P <0 01) The resistive index (RI) of blood vessel was lower than control ( P <0 01); 2 The mean PSFV and RI of renal artery in patients with simple renal eyst were higher than the control ( P <0 01); 3 There was no significant difference between the simple renal cyst and the polycyst groups in mean PSFV of renal artery ( P >0 05), the RI of simple renal cyst group was higher than that of the polycyst group ( P <0 01);4 With the enlarging of the eyst size, the PSFV and the RI of renal artery in patient with simple renal cyst increased ( P <0 01),while in patients with polycyst,the changes were not noticeable( P >0 05);5 For the patients with polycyst, the PSFV of renal artery increased with the number of renal cyst,while the RI decreased at the same situation ( P <0 01) But for the patients with simple renal cyst, the PSFV and the RI of renal artery have no significant difference ( P >0 05) Conclusions:1 The blood fiow of renal artery in patients with polycyst was higher than that of the normal;2 Spasm of renal artery may be occurred in patients with enlarged simple renal cyst
