摘  要:轮胎压路机在工作一段时间后,轮胎内的气压会下降并导致压路机的接地比压发生变化,因此,需要在压实过程中对轮胎压力进行及时调整。设计开发出轮胎压路机自动充气系统,该系统采用基于CAN总线的电子控制技术,可有效解决轮胎压路机的自动充气问题,使轮胎压路机接地比压保持在合理的范围内。轮胎自动充气系统的成功应用,使得轮胎压路机的整体性能和市场竞争力得到显著提升。An automatic inflation system for pneumatic compactor. Ground pressure would decrease within tires of a rubber- tire roller after its certain lengths of operation time, which needs timely regulation of inflation pressure within the tire during processes of the operation. Therefore, we designed and developed an automatic inflation system for the purpose, which is based on a CAN bus control for the solution so as to keep the ground pressure within a logic range. Successful application of the inflation system has upgraded an integral performance and market competitiveness of the rubber-tire roller.
