摘　　要：目的 :探讨高频探头及彩超对浅表肿物的诊断价值。方法 :对 1 0 3例患皮肤、皮下及软组织肿物将行手术的患者做二维超声及彩超检查。记录结果与手术和病理对照。结果 :均为良性肿物。包括 1 4种病变。结论 :高频探头及彩超有助于确定浅表肿物的大小、深度 ,鉴别肿物囊实性 ,分析肿物内部及其周边血流分布 。Objective:To discuss the significance and value of B scan and CDFI in diagnosis of superficial masses Methods:One hundred and three cases superficial soft tissue masse operation and pathology proved were collected Results:They are benign of 14 kinds Conclusion:High frequency probe and color Doppler flow imaging are helpful in depicting the masses size and location, differentiating cyst from solid, and demonstrating the vascularity within or around the masses
