摘 要:以液压挖掘机工作装置结构焊接件的制造工艺和生产实践为基础,结合具体实例,研究分析液压挖掘机工作装置(包括动臂、斗杆和铲斗)几种典型的焊接故障,并进行针对性结构设计改进,尤其针对关键部位进行了细节设计,同时总结了一些常用的焊接工艺规范。实践表明,挖掘机工作装置焊接结构件的焊接残余应力、焊后变形和裂纹等焊接缺陷在很大程度上取决于结构设计的合理性和焊接工艺的规范性,文中涉及的结构设计和焊接工艺对挖掘机械其他结构焊接件的设计也有一定的指导和借鉴作用。Analysis and improvement of welding design for excavator's components. We based on structural welding of equipment for the hydraulic excavator in terms of manufacturing workmanship and productive practice, and in consideration with specific examples have studied and analyzed hydraulic excavator's equipment (including the boom, bucket arm and bucket) to find out a few welding troubles while improving its structural design, especially design details in the key position, plus summarizing usual welding practices in the specifications. The practices show that welding residual stress, after-welding deformation, cracks and other troubles in the welding depend largely on whether or not logic design and welding are carried out as specified. Besides, the welding design and processes for the excavator's equipment mentioned in the text can plays as a guidance and reference for welding in other machines.
