摘　　要：论文采用问卷调查的方式对211名回国投资发展海外华商风险认知的影响因素进行探索分析,结果显示:海外华商风险认知受个人因素和外部环境因素的双重影响,但个人因素的影响更大;专家和实际投资者在风险认知影响因素的认定上存在差异,专家倾向于理性因素,而实际投资者则倾向于感性因素;海外华商在风险认知影响因素的评分上明显高于本土商人,在自我水平、周边人因素、项目信息与定位三因素上表现得尤为显著。建议积极开展海外华商的培训工作,建立海外华商投资风险的指导机制以及完善海外华商的商会组织机构。The authors of this article conducted research based on a questionnaire survey of 221 Wenzhou overseas Chinese investors to see what factors would affect their decision to take an investment risk. They found out that overseas Chinese investors＇ recognition of investment risks is affected more by their personal factors than by external factors. Unlike those investment experts whose recognition of investment risk is based on their rational reasoning, overseas Chinese investors＇ recognition is more based on their personal perceptions and feelings. In comparison with local investors, overseas Chinese investors＇ recognition of investment risks is therefore more susceptible to the influence of both internal and external factors.
