摘　　要：【目的】研究灯盏花素对家兔离体回肠管收缩反应的影响。【方法】在离体家兔回肠管上,观察不同浓度灯盏花素对各致痉剂引起肠平滑肌收缩的影响。【结果】灯盏花素对乙酰胆碱、氯化钾和氯化钡引起家兔离体回肠管收缩的抑制作用呈一定的剂量依赖性。【结论】灯盏花素对回肠管的抑制作用可能由胆碱受体介导,或直接作用于肠道平滑肌,具有钙拮抗作用。【Objective】To study the effects of breviscapine on contraction response of the isolated rabbit ileum.【Methods】The samples of isolated rabbit ileum segment prepared and induced by BaCl2,KCl,ACh and breviscapine in varied concentration on the spontaneous contraction of isolated rabbit intestine were observed.【Results】Breviscapine inhibited the contraction of isolated ileum smooth muscle induced by above asthmogenic mediators and responses were a concentration-dependent.【Conclusion】Breviscapine could inhibit the contraction movement of rabbit intestinal smooth muscle,which may be mediated by the cholinergic receptor in the gastrointestinal tract or directly work on the intestinal smooth muscle cells with the role of calcium antagonist.
