摘　　要：【目的】探讨战备药材精细化管理的方法,提高新时期卫勤处突中战备药材的保障能力。【方法】运用精细化管理理论,对近几年在不断的战备演练、卫勤处突过程中的实践方法进行总结分析。【结果】本院建立了战备药材的精细化管理实施方案,提高了战备药材的保障能力。【结论】战备药材的管理工作要常抓不懈,只有实施精细化、科学化、规范化管理,才能确保紧急情况下拉得出、供得上,才能适应未来高科技战争复杂环境下卫勤保障的要求。【Objective】To investigate the method for fine management of war readiness medicinal materials and to improve the support capability of war readiness medicinal materials for the military unexpected events.【Methods】The practice of the military unexpected events in recent years was reviewed and analyzed.【Resultts】Fine management of war readiness medicinal materials came true.The support capability of war readiness medicinal materials for the military unexpected events were fully guaranteed.【Coclusion】The management of war readiness medicinal materials must be fine graeped for long time.Only by fine management and scientific management and standardized management can we arrive in time and provide guarantee and meet the needs of hygienic service guarantee in the complicated high-tech war environment.
