摘  要:针对某电起爆器安装后出现绝缘电阻下降的问题,对该故障进行了原因定位和机理分析。分析认为,该故障的发生主要是因为在安装过程中,产品的壳体因安装力矩作用发生弹性变形,使得内部电极塞受到应力作用,电极塞的玻璃体在应力作用下绝缘电阻下降,最终导致产品的绝缘电阻下降。此外,基于该机理提出了故障的预防及改进措施。Aimed at the insulation resistance decline failure of some electric explosive device(EED) after assembly, the reasons were analyzed and located based on corresponding mechanism. Analysis results indicated that the failure was caused by the elastic deformation of shell structure of the device, due to the impact of installing torque during the assembly process. The impact subjected the inner electrode plug to considerable stress, then led to the decline of insulation resistance of its glass body, and therefore resulted in the decline of overall insulation resistance of the EED. Based on the above mechanism analysis, precautions and improvement measures were also proposed.
