摘  要:为了提高高固相含量熔铸炸药的装药质量,以典型的ROTL-1炸药为研究对象,采用4种不同装药工艺进行装药对比试验,并对样品的装药量、内外部质量、装药密度及其均匀性进行分析。结果表明,与传统铸装工艺相比,采用精密铸装工艺技术所装填的药柱整体密度达到1.804g/cm3,相对密度为99.0%TMD,周向、径向和轴向密度差控制在0.1%-0.3%之间;同时明显减少了装药缺陷,提高了装药的内外部的装药质量,改善了装药密度及其均匀性。To improve the charge quality of composite explosive with high solid contents, the exemplary formulation of ROTL-1 as the object of the research was dealt with four different loading processes. Comparable analysis on the samples' masses, inner and outer charge quality, density of charge, and uniformity was carried out. The results showed that the precise melt-casting process was better than traditional process, and could make the whole density of explosive column up to 1.804g/cm3, as well as the relative density to 99.0%TMD, meanwhile, the density difference of ambient, radial and axial was limited between 0.1% and 0.3%. Furthermore, it was beneficial to decrease drawbacks apparently, advance internal and external quality of charge and improve the loading density and uniformity.
