摘　　要：由温压补偿的理论公式作为基础,对蒸汽流量的测量进行分析,并基于IFC-67 DELTAV系统,使用STM功能块与SDR功能块的搭建,对温压补偿模块进行开发使用,修正了差压流量计对蒸汽流量的测量,提高了流量计量的准确性。On the basis of theoretical formula of temperature and pressure compensation,it analyzed the measurement of steam flowrate.According to the IFC-67 DELTAV system,it combined the function block of STM & SDR,explored and took use of the block of temperature and pressure compensation,modified the flowmeter of steam,improved the accuracy the flowrate measurement.
