滑石粉的发展现状及其在造纸工业中的应用

摘　　要：滑石粉作为传统的造纸填料当今虽受到因中／碱性施胶技术的发展而选用物美价廉碳酸钙作造纸填料的冲击，但随着对滑石粉研究的深入，滑石粉在造纸工业中的应用越来越广泛．如滑石粉精细加工后用作化学浆、化机浆、脱墨浆等浆厂的树脂吸附剂和新闻纸、文化用纸、纸板生产过程中出现树脂问题时浆料的树脂吸附剂，以及作为涂料的颜料代替部分高岭土或碳酸钙，用于提高凹版印刷涂布纸、胶版印刷涂布纸以及特种涂布纸的性能、印刷适印性和相关操作易性等。该文介绍了滑石粉的类型、特点、主要性质和发展现状，结合应用实例综述了滑石粉在造纸工业中的主要用途，并展望了其良好的应用前景。With development of neutral/alkaline sizing technology, calcium carbonate with high quality and competitive price is chosen as paper filler today, which impacts usage of talc, one of traditional paper fillers. But with thorough study on talc, application of talc in paper industry is wider and wider. For example, refined talc is used as resin adsorbent in pulp plants, such as chemical pulp plant, high yield pulp plant, deinking pulp plant and so on, and paper mills where there is resin problem occurring in the production of newspaper, cultural paper and board, and used as coating pigment to replace kaolin and calcium carbonate partially to improve properties of intaglio printing coated paper, offset printing coated paper and special coated paper, their printability, related operation ability and so on. This paper introduced types, characteristics, main properties and development situation of talc, reviewed main functions of talc in pulp ＆ paper-making industry using application cases, and predicted its prosperous application future.
