摘　　要：目的:了解卫生部北京医院药品销售金额排序前20位的药品使用情况,分析用药现状和趋势。方法:对2009—2011年销售金额排序前20位的药品进行回顾性分析。结果:3年来销售金额排序始终居前5位的药物有心血管系统用药、营养药及治疗骨质疏松症和骨质增生症药物;硫酸氢氯吡格雷片始终居销售金额排序第1位;销售金额排序前20位的药品中,合资药品的销售金额始终占较大比例,占60%左右。结论:我院作为大型老年病专科医院,用药结构相对固定;心血管系统用药、中枢神经系统用药及治疗骨质疏松症和骨质增生症药物在临床广泛应用,符合老年人疾病的用药特点。OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the utilization status and tendency of the top 20 drugs on consumption sum list in Beijing Hospital of Ministry of Health. METHODS： The top 20 drugs on consumption sum list in our hospital during 2009-2011 period were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS： The top 5 drugs ranked by consumption sum during 2009-2011 included cardiovascular system drugs, nutrieeuticals and anti-osteoporosis drugs, and drugs for hyperostosis. Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets always took the lead in terms of consumption sum. Among the top 20 drugs on consumption sum list, the drugs from the joint venture took higher proportion, accounting for about 60%. CONCLUSION： As a large special hospital for cardiovascular drugs, drugs for central nervous widely used in clinic, which is in line with the senile diseases, our hospital had relatively stable drug use structure; system, anti-osteoporosis drugs and drugs for hyperostosis have been medication features for senile patients.
