摘　　要：目的:了解我院口服抗高血压药的使用概况、发展趋势及合理用药水平,为临床用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性方法,对2010—2012年我院抗高血压药的使用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:3年来我院口服抗高血压药的销售金额和DDDs均呈上升趋势;血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂(ARB)和钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)销售金额排序均居前2位,在抗高血压药中占据主要地位;销售金额排序居前3位的药品2010年为缬沙坦、氨氯地平、美托洛尔,2011和2012年均为氨氯地平、缬沙坦、厄贝沙坦;缬沙坦、氨氯地平始终居DDDs排序前3位。结论:我院口服抗高血压药使用基本合理,其中ARB和CCB是口服抗高血压药的主流。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo, development tendency and the rationality in the utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital for clinical reference of drug use. METHODS ： By a retrospective method, the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during 2010-2012 were analyzed statistically and retrospectively in terms of drug types, consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS： Over the three years, both the consumption sum and DDDs of oral antihypertensive drugs showed an upward trend. Angiotensin-II receptor blockers （ARB） and calcium channel blockers （CCB） ranked among the top 2 on the consumption list, assuming dominant place in antihypertensive drugs. The top 3 drugs ranked by consumption sum were valsartan, amlodipine and metoprolol in 2010, and the top 3 drugs ranked by consumption sum in both 2011 and 2012 were amlodipine, valsartan and irbesartan. Valsartan and amlodipine always dominated the top 3 places in terms of DDDs. CONCLUSION： The utilization of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital was basically rational; ARB and CCB were the main oral antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital.
