荧光素眼底血管造影致不良反应分析及防治策略

摘　　要：目的:研究荧光素眼底血管造影术的安全性。方法:对1 680例患者行荧光素眼底血管造影术中不良反应的发生率及对其处置进行回顾性研究。结果:1 680例患者中,发生不良反应者共78例,占4.643%。其中轻度不良反应为68例,发生率为4.048%;中度和重度不良反应各5例,发生率均为0.298%;无死亡病例。结论:尽管会发生一些不良反应,荧光素眼底血管造影术仍然是一种相对安全的眼底病检查方法。在检查过程中,要重视患者的全身反应,严格掌握好适应证和禁忌证,检查室必须具备急救条件,一旦发生严重的不良反应,及时抢救,以确保患者的生命安全。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the safety of fluorescein fundus angiography. METHODS： We retrospectively studied the rate and management of fluorescein fundus angiography-induced adverse drug reactions （ADRs） in a totaJ of 1 680 eases. RESULTS： Of the total 1 680 cases, 78 （4. 643% ） presented with ADR, with mild ones accounting for 4. 048% （68 cases）, moderate and severe ones accounting for 0.298% （5 cases）; no death case. CONCLUSION： Although the adverse reactions could occur, fluorescence fundus angiography is still a safe method for the examination of fundus disease. It suggested that we should be aware of the patients＇systemic reactions during fluorescein fundus angiography, strictly master the indications and contraindications, and our fluorescein angiography room should be equipped with emergency medical treatment conditions for timely first aid in case of serious ADR so as to ensure patients＇ life safety.
