复方丹参滴丸对缺血性心脏病患者血浆NO、ET及血流变学的影响  

The Influence by Compound Danshin Guttae on NO,ET in Plasma and Hemorrheology of the Patients Suffered from Ischemic Cardio Myopathy

摘　　要：应用复方丹参滴丸治疗缺血性心脏病患者 5 6例 ,并与采用消心痛治疗 2 6例作对照 ,观察两组临床疗效及血浆NO、ET及血液流变学影响。结果 :治疗组显效 17例 ,改善 31例 ,无效 8例 ,总有效率为 85 .71% ;对照组显效 5例 ,改善 17例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效为 84.6 2 % ,两组总有效率比较 ,无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。但两组在其治疗前后血浆一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)、血脂及血液流变学等参数方面 ,存在显著性差异。提示 :复方丹参滴丸治疗缺血性心脏病机理可能是通过调整血浆NO、ET水平 ,促进血管内皮修复 ,减少微血栓 ,改善冠状动脉供血而实现。Compound Danshen Guttae were used to treat 56 cases of ischemic cardio myopathy,26 cases treated with isosorbride dinitrate were set up as the control group.The clinical effect and NO,ET in plasma and hemorrheologic indexes were observed.Result:In the treated group,17 cases had apparent effect,31 cases turned better,8 cases took no effect,the total effective rate was 85.7%.While in the control group,the number was 5,17,4 respectively.The total effective rate was 84.62%.There had no significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate.But in the aspect of the parameters of NO,ET,blood lipoid and hemorrheologic indexes before and after treatment,there had significant differences between the two groups.This showed that the mechanism of the treatment on ischemic cardio myopathy by compound Danshin Guttae was to regular the amount of NO,ET in plasma,improve the restoration of vascular endangium,decrease the amount of microthrombus,and turn better the blood supply of coronary artery.
