临床护理路径表在肝穿活检术的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价临床护理路径在肝穿活检术中的应用效果。方法将141例患者随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组通过制订临床护理路径表，按路径表要求护理患者，对照组实行常规护理。结果观察组患者的疾病知识掌握率、健康教育达标率、对护理工作的满意度与对照组比较分析有显著的统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径是一种程序化、标准化的以人为本的整体护理工作模式，能提高护理工作质量，提高患者的满意度。Objective To evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients accepting liver puncture biopsy. Methods A total of 141 patients were randomly divided into observation and control group, patients of control group were given traditional nursing mode, and patients of observation group accepted clinical nursing pathway mode. Results Compared with control group, in the observation group the disease knowledge mastery rate and health education compliance rate and the nursing satisfaction, there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Clinical nursing path is a programmatic and standardized work with people - oriented mode, it can improve the quality of care and patients＇ satisfaction.
