摘  要:目的了解支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患儿家长对哮喘认知情况。方法对在我院儿科门诊就诊或病房住院的哮喘患儿家长进行问卷调查。结果共调查68例患儿家长,49.4%的家长答对哮喘本质,52.33%的家长认为哮喘能够控制。79.92%的家长认为哮喘由感冒诱发。68.93%的家长认为长期吸入激素会对孩子的生长发育产生影响。9.62%的患儿使用过峰流速仪,2.88%的患儿使用过儿童哮喘控制测试量表。坚持规范吸入治疗的患儿占40.31%。80.33%的家长通过医院医生的讲解了解哮喘知识。在过去的1年内,67.35%的患儿有喘息发作,每人缺课(22.34±5.23)d,每个家庭误工(17.36±4.55)d。结论哮喘患儿家长对于哮喘这种疾病的认识有较多不足之处,包括本质、触发因素、自我监测、吸入激素等方面,有待在今后的健康教育中进一步提高认识。Objective To investigate the recognition of asthma by parents of children with asthma. Methods Survey was carried out in parents of children hospitalized for asthma in the pediatric clinic or ward of our hospital. Results We investigated a total of 68 parents of asthma children. 49.4% of them were aware of the nature of asthma,and 52.33% of the parents recognized asthma can be controlled. Among whom 79.92% think that asthma induced by cold and 68.93% think that children's long-term inhaled corticosteroid therapy might influence the growth and development of children. 9.62% of the asthmatic children have been used peak flow meter,2.88% have been applied Children's Asthma Control Test and 40.31% adhere to the norms inhalation therapy. 80.33% of the parents were aware of asthma by expert explaining in the hospital. In the past 1 year,67.35% of children with asthma have wheezing,and the average absence from class was (22.34 ± 5.23) days,and the average loss of working time was (17.36±4.55) days per family per year. Conclusions Parents of asthmatic children have inadequate recognition of this disease,including the nature of this disease,the triggering factors,self-monitoring,inhaled corticosteroids therapy and so on. This needs further improvement in the future of health education.
