艾滋病检测筛查网络实验室现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的掌握本地区艾滋病检测筛查网络实验室(以下简称筛查实验室)的现状,探讨如何加强筛查实验室的规范化管理和提高筛查实验室的整体技术水平,同时提高本地区筛查实验室的覆盖面。方法通过现场检查、发放调查表格、质控血清考核等方式对辖区内28家筛查实验室现状进行了调查,全面了解各筛查实验室的硬件、软件、人力资源及保障情况。结果本地区89.6%的筛查实验室分布在县城以上城镇;85.1%的筛查实验室仪器设备配置完备,有7.14%(2/28)筛查实验室主要仪器设备损坏未得到及时添补;2012年质控考核优秀率为53.6%,有14.3%(4/28)的筛查实验室质控考核不及格。结论本地区筛查实验室网络日趋成熟规范,基本能满足本地区艾滋病检测的需要;建议在广大基层乡镇建立筛查实验室或艾滋病检测点,提高筛查实验室在广大农村地区的覆盖面;艾滋病检测在乡村的铺开,是防艾工作有效性的进一步体现。Objective To grasp the current situation of the AIDS screening laboratory network （the screening laboratory） in the region,and strengthen the screening laboratory standardized management and improve the overall technical level of screening laboratory,while increasing local area coverage of screening laboratory. Methods The current situation of 28 screening laboratory were conducted by on-site inspection,the investigation form,and quality control serum examination,so as to a comprehensive understanding of the screening laboratory hardware,software,human resources and security situation. Results 89.6% of the screening laboratory distribute the above county town; Complete equipment configuration of screening laboratory account for 85.1%,7.14% （2/28 ） instrument equipment were damage and not timely fill up. Excellent rate of assessment of quality control was 53.6% in 2012,and 14.3% （4/28） screening laboratory evaluation were failed. Conclusion Local screening lab network was mature and standard,and meet the basic needs of local AIDS detection. Screening laboratory or AIDS detection point should been built in the villages and towns,and improve the coverage of rural area of screening laboratory of HIV testing. The spread of AIDS prevention work is the effectiveness of a further embodiment.
