摘　　要：为了简化人类蜕膜细胞体外培养技术 ,采用复合消化酶改进蜕膜组织的消化过程 ,全组份蜕膜细胞培养加传代简化蜕膜基质细胞 (decidual stromal cell,DSC)提纯、泌乳素 (prolactin,PRL)免疫组化检测培养细胞组成。所采用的消化方法具有耗时少、消化彻底、活细胞率高等优点。PRL 免疫组化显示 95 %蜕膜细胞为 DSC。结果提示 :实验方法简单、经济、实用 ,简化了原来复杂的 DSC提纯程序。To simplify the commonly used complicated decidual cell culture techniques, the following methods were adopted: (1) Complex enzymes were used to improve the original digesting process of decidual tissue. All components of decidual cells were recovered and subpassage technique was adopted to substitute for the original sophisticated DSC extraction process. (2) PRL immunohistochemistry assay was adopted to testify the components of the cultured cells. The results demonstrated that the method had the following advantages, such as complete digestion, shorter time consumption and high survival cell rate. 95 % of the third subpassage cells was positive for PRL. Compared with the former DSC extraction procedures the present method was simple, economic and practical.
