摘  要:采用表面成像、透明成像、多平面成像模式及经腹三维容积探头对 34例中、晚期妊娠的胎儿进行二维及三维超声成像。结果发现 :1在判断胎儿面部结构时 ,二维超声对胎儿上唇结构的识别率较三维超声低 ;2二维超声仅能显示胎儿脊柱和肋骨的断面图像 ,而三维超声透明成像能整体显示胎儿脊柱和肋骨结构的连续性及其连接关系 ;3三维超声多平面成像模式可对感兴趣区进行多角度的观察 ,并能快速得到诊断所需的平面。因此认为三维超声可作为二维超声有益的补充 ,从而在产科发挥较大的作用。To compare the clinical application value of two dimensional ultrasonography (2DUS) and three dimensional ultrasonography (3DUS) in obstetrics,34 pregnant women with 18 to 40 weeks of gestation were studied by using the 3DUS system of Voluson 530D without an external workstation. The 3DUS reconstruction methods included surface mode, transparent mode and multiplanar mode. The results showed: (1) As to the upper lip, the demonstration rate of 2DUS was 24/34 (70.6%), lower than by 3DUS (32/34, 94.1%). (2) 2DUS could only display the tomographic images of the fetal spine and ribs. However, the transparent mode of 3DUS could demonstrate the spine and ribs as a coherent structure. (3) The interesting region could be viewed from various directions by using multiplanar mode, thus the required tomography could be obtained quickly, and the scanning time could be shortened. It was considered that 3DUS had special advantages and clinical value over 2DUS inobstetrics and could serve as a beneficial supplement to 2DUS.
