摘 要:将 Sysm ex SE- 90 0 0血液分析仪 5项分类结果与手工分类结果进行了分析与比较。根据血液分析仪的各种提示分为阴性组与阳性组。运用 Excel对分类结果进行统计和分析 ,结果发现 :无论是阴性组还是阳性组 ,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸粒细胞两种方法之间相关性非常显著 (r=0 .912 ) ,而嗜碱性粒细胞、单核细胞有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,且相关性差 (r=0 .5 2 3)。提示当单核细胞 ,嗜碱粒细胞高于正常范围时 ,应镜检为宜。The differential leukocyte counts by Sysmex SE 9000 Hematology Analyzer were compared with those of blood smears under microscopy. The samples were divided into negative group and positive group according to the warning of the analyzer. The classifying results were analyzed by means of software Excel. The results showed that the relatives of two methods for neutrophils, lymphocytes and eosinophils were remarkable ( r =0.912). There was significant difference in basophils and monocytes between the two groups ( P <0.01) with weak relatives ( r =0.523). It was suggested that when the count of monocytes and basophils is out of range, it is better to analyze under microscopy.
