针刺对实验性兔眼环扎术后房水氧含量的影响

摘　　要：采用血气分析法观察 15只兔眼环扎术后房水氧分压的变化情况 ,并根据Henry’s定律计算氧含量 ,发现房水氧含量在环扎术后不同程度地下降 (P <0 0 5) ;采用针刺治疗后 ,发现房水氧含量均有不同程度的提高 (P <0 0 5)。证实视网膜脱离环扎术后会引起眼前节缺血 ,供氧下降。针刺治疗能够不同程度地改善环扎术后眼前节的缺血。The change of PO 2 (Pressure of O 2) in the aqueous humor of rabbits (n=15) after encircling operation was observed through bloodgas analysis, and oxygen content in aqueous humor was estimated according to henrys law. Oxygen content in aqueous humor was decreased with different degree(P<005); It was increased significently after the treatment of acupuncture (P<005). The result indicated that the encircling operation on retinal detachment could cause anterior segment ischemic syndrome and the lack of oxygen supply. Acupuncture could improve the blood and oxygen supply.
