摘 要:[ 目的 ]探讨骨膜移植修复骨缺损过程中微血管的重建 .[方法 ]实验用家兔为 2 0只 ,2只用于正常桡骨血管观察 ,另 18只制成骨缺损模型后植入自体骨膜碎片 .术后第 3 ,5 ,7d和第 2 ,4,8,12周取材 ,观察微血管的重建 .[结果 ]骨缺损修复过程中新生血管依次经过下列变化 ,形成血管芽→毛刷状血管→树枝状血管→无血管软骨组织→串珠状血管→海绵状血管→网状血管 .[结论OBJECTIVE To study microvascular reconstruction in periosteal transplantation for repairing bone defect. METHODS Out of 20 rabbits, 2 rabbits were used to observe normal radius vascular and 18 rabbits were inserted by autogenous periosteal pieces in the bone defect models. The animals were sacrificed on the 3rd, 5th, 7th day and at the 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th week after operation, respectively. Then microvascular reconstruction was surveyed. RESULTS On the course of repairing bone defect, the newborn vascular had following orderly changes of forming vascular bud, brush like blood vessel, branch like vessel, no vascular cartilage, bunch like vessel, spongy vessel and reticular vessel. CONCLUSION On the different stages of periosteal piece transplantation for repairing bone defect, the newborn blood vessels have its own special appearances.
