摘  要:[目的 ]为了使刺莓果资源得到充分利用 ,对刺莓果果核进行了抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用的研究 .[方法 ]进行刺莓果对小鼠在常压、减压缺氧下存活时间的影响和对小鼠游泳时间的影响实验 .[结果 ]刺莓果果核能明显延长雌性给药组小鼠游泳时间 ,而对雄性小鼠几乎没有影响 .在常压缺氧时给药组能明显延长存活时间 ,并提高减压缺氧时小鼠的存活率 .[结论 ]刺莓果果核具有抗疲劳。OBJECTIVE In order to make full use of Rosa davurica Pall.,the antitiredness and anti hyporia effects of its seeds were observed. METHODS To observe the effect on survival time under the anoxic conditions of ordinary pressure and decompression and the effect on swiming time in mice. RESULTS This drug markedly prolongs the swimming time in female mice,but is of no effects in male mice.In addition,this drug obviously prolongs the survival time under the anoxic condition of ordinary pressure, and increases the surrival rate under the anoxic condition of decompression. CONCLUSION The seeds of Rosa davurica Pall. have obvious anti tiredness and anti hyporia effects.
