脑复素注射液中乙酰胆碱活力的探讨

摘　　要：[目的 ]测定自制的脑复素注射液中乙酰胆碱的活力 .[方法 ]用自制的乙酰胆碱传感器 ,参照阿尼生物化学检查法测定活性 .[结果 ]自制的脑复素注射液和奥地利产脑活素中的乙酰胆碱活力相当于 86 0mmol/L .[结论 ]自制的药中多肽含量高 。OBJECTIVE To determine the activity of acetylcholine in cerebrolysin injection made in our institute. METHODS The activity of acetylcholine was determined by using the Ahni biochemistry methods and acetylcholine censor made in our institute. RESULTS The activity of acetylcholine in cerebrolysin injection made in our institute and Austria was equal to 860 mmol/L. CONCLUSION There has the high content of polypeptide in cerebrolysin injection made in our institute, the activity of acetylcholine is more high.
