摘　　要：采用三段式升温法对涤纶仿真丝织物进行起皱加工,再于常温进行碱减量加工;之后,采用专用复合糊料EW-50配以硫酸铵和防染盐S,对织物进行上浆处理,轧余率控制在80%～90%,100℃烘干3 min,随后进行喷墨印花;印花后,使用热转移印花以热轧方式固色。印制产品反面表观得色量达到正面的75%以上,印花清晰度超过80%,染色牢度高,符合后续加工及服用要求。The creping process of silk-like polyester fabric is carried out with three-stage heating method, followed by alkali de- weighting process at room temperature, and sizing process with a special composite paste EW-50 together with ammonium sulfate and 3-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid （ Resist S） under pick-up 80% -90% and drying at 100 ℃ for 3 min. And then ink jet printing and fixation with hot-rolling way are carried out. The results show that the apparent color yield on the back of the fabric can reach above ？5% of that on the face of fabric. Besides, the printing definition is more than 80%, and the color fastness is good enough to meet the demands of subsequent processing and wearing.
