摘  要:涂料印染耗能低、排放少,且加工工艺简单,但摩擦牢度差,色光和手感不理想。文中从颜料分散体结构形态出发,介绍了其与应用性能的关系,指出控制颜料颗粒大小和分布,晶粒表面极性和电荷性以及助剂对颜料颗粒改性的重要性。系统阐述了涂料印染用黏着剂的结构、性能及其对印染产品性能的影响;印染加工的节能减排效率与纤维改性、前处理以及涂料性能及黏着剂性能等的关系;以及新型涂料,例如高分子表面改性涂料、细化和纳米涂料、特效或功能性涂料的性能和应用。Pigment dyeing and printing features lower energy consumption and emission, as well as simple processing, while the color fastness to crocking ,shade and handle are poor. The relationship between pigment dispersion structure and applica- tion performance is introduced. The control of particle size and distribution of pigment, grain surface polarity and charge, as well as the importance of auxiliary on the modification of pigment particles are pointed out. The structures, properties of the adhesive and its influence on the products properties are systematically introduced. In addition, the development of pigment dyeing and printing process, the relationship between the efficiency of energy-saving and emission reduction, fiber modifica- tion, pretreatment, properties of pigment and adhesive, and performance and application of the novel pigments, such as poly- mer surface modification pigment, refinement and nano pigment, special or functional pigment, are introduced.
