摘 要:介绍了Adams中对于多楔带传动系统皮带接触与摩擦的处理方法;利用Adams软件建立了发动机前端附件带传动系统的虚拟样机模型,对多楔带传动的动态特性进行初步研究,得到了皮带的横向振动、张紧臂的摆动角度以及皮带与带轮的接触力等动态参数;通过对该模型的分析,结果表明采用虚拟样机技术对发动机附件带传动系统进行动态分析是可行有效的,可以为系统的设计和改进提供有利的参考数据和理论依据。The treatment of the belt, the contact and friction between belt and pulley for ribbed belt drive system in ADAMS are introduced. The virtual prototype model of the engine front end accessory belt drive system is estab- lished by using the ADAMS software, the dynamic characteristic of the ribbed belt drive system is got from preliminary research. Then, the dynamic parameters like as belt transverse vibration, tension ann swing angle, contact force be- tween belt and pulley and so on are obtained. The results show that it is feasible, effective and can provide beneficial reference data and the theoretical basis for design and improve by using virtual prototype technology for dynamic analy- sis of engine front end accessory belt drive system.
