摘　　要：介绍了进口分动箱的结构和工作原理,分析了其在运行过程中精度丧失、轴承寿命缩短的原因,通过优化设计、材料甄选、轴承优化、工艺控制等方面对分动箱进行了国产化改进设计。The structure and working principle of the imports of the transfer case is described, the reason of the loss of accuracy during operation, shorten bearing life is analyzed. By the optimization design, material selection, bearing optimization, process control and other aspects of the transfer case, the localization improvement design is car- ried out.
