耳后注射曲安奈德辅助治疗突发性聋疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳后注射曲安奈德辅助治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法将58例诊断为突发性耳聋的患者随机分为二组,进行随机对照实验。对照组使用扩血管、改善微循环、营养神经药物及高压氧常规治疗,治疗组在对照组药物治疗基础上加用曲安奈德耳后注射。结果治疗组患者的听力有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上经耳后注射曲安奈德辅助治疗突发性聋疗效显著,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of auxiliary treated sudden deafness with postaurieal injection of triamcinolone acetonide. Methods Fifty- eight cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups. Control group received conventional treatment such as hyperbaric oxygen and drugs of expansion blood vessel, improving microcirculation, nutrition nerve, the treatment group were added postaurieal in- jection of triameinolone acetonide on the basis of conventional therapy. Results Listening effectiveness was higher in treatment group than that in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions There is an obvious auxiliary curative effect for sudden deafness to receive posta- urieal injection of triamcinolone acetonide on the basis of conventional treatment.
