摘　　要：华西医院财务部通过梳理重点岗位职责和流程制度,找出岗位、流程、制度中可能存在的廉政风险点,制定有效的廉政风险防控措施,逐渐形成完整和清晰的廉政风险防控理念和体系,能有效的监督权利运行,保证医院长期健康发展。Through settling the responsibilities of key positions＇ and process system, West China Hospital＇s financial department finds out the incorrupt government risks that may exist in the positions, process and the system, makes effective risk prevention and control measures, and gradually forms a complete and clear concept and system of the risk prevention and control, which can effectively monitor the operation and ensure the long-term heahhy development of the hospital.
