摘 要:以硅丙乳液为基料,聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)、三聚氰胺(MEL)为阻燃体系,分别以金红石型及锐钛型二氧化钛为阻燃协效剂和抑烟剂,配制膨胀型防火涂料。通过TGA、大板燃烧试验与建材烟密度仪对其防火性能做了详细表征和分析,并用照片与扫描电镜观察了炭层的宏观与微观形貌。结果表明:金红石型TiO2对防火涂料的阻燃性能影响显著,当APP为150份、PER为68份、MEL为90份、金红石型TiO2为30份时,防火涂料的耐火时间达到73 min;锐钛型TiO2对防火涂料的抑烟性能影响显著,当添加量为60份时,烟密度等级(SDR)达到19.41。The dilatent fire -retardant coating based on the silicone -acrylate emulsion containing ammonium polyphosphate,pentaerythritol and melamine as fire retardants and anatase -TiOR/rutile -TiO2 as fire retardant promotor and fume prohibitor was developed. Thermo- gravimetric analysis (TGA) , building materials smoke densitometer and vertical burning test were used to analyze the flame retardant properties and smoke density. Photos and scanning electron microscope were used to investigate the macro and micro morphorlogy of fire retardant coating expansion layer. The results showed that rutile -TiO2 could significantly improve the fire retardant performance. When ammonium polyphosphate was 150 phr, pentaerythritol 68 phr, melamine 90 phr, rutile - TiO2 30 phr,the fire retardant time of coating could be up to 73 min. Anatase -TiO2 could significantly reduce the smoke density, when anatase -TiO2 was 60 phr,SDR could be down to 19.41.
