196例子宫内膜活检病理诊断对子宫异常出血的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 :为了解子宫内膜活检病理诊断对子宫异常出血的临床价值。方法 :对 196例临床诊断功能性子宫出血可能的异常子宫出血的病人 ,通过诊断性刮宫子宫内膜活检进行了病理诊断与分析。结果 :其中 79例子宫内膜有功能性的改变 ;81例与正常月经周期各期内膜相似 ;其余 36例病理诊断证实子宫内膜有器质性病变。结论 :诊断性刮宫、子宫内膜活检病理诊断 ,不同期子宫内膜的判断 。WT5”BZ]Objectives:To study the pathological effects of differentiating other abormal uterine bleeding from functional uterine bleeding.Methods:196 cases of endometrial biopsy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to clinical diagnosis were examined and anaalysed.Amoung them,79 cases were those endometrium with real irregular dysfunctional changes;81 cases resembled respectively those endometrium of various period of normal menstrual cycle;the other 36 cases were from genital diseases which were finally diagnosed by pathological examination.Results:Following the date mentioned above,the authors put much stress that any case of abnormal uterine bleeding from genital organ should be carefully differentiated from those functional uterine bleeding before the diagnosis is made.Conclusions:Pointed out the diagnostic curretage,the endometrium biopsy,a detail inquiring of clinical history especially the data of exact curretage time might offer cardinal indication to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
