摘 要:针对轴套表面耐磨强化需求,为了进一步提高镍基涂层的耐磨性,采用火焰喷涂技术在球磨铸铁表面制备了含不同耐磨添加剂[SiC,WS2,六方BN(h-BN),立方BN(C-Bn),石墨,铜粉]的镍基复合涂层。利用盘-销式磨损试验机测试了基体与复合涂层的干摩擦磨损性能,采用数码显微镜观察了复合涂层表面磨损形貌,并讨论了磨损机制。结果表明:在高载荷下,基体磨损严重,填充耐磨添加剂后,镍基复合涂层在高栽荷下显示出较优的耐磨性能;载荷为20~100N时,涂层磨损量随添加剂类型和添加量显著变化;50N载荷下,含8%Cu,C-BN的镍基复合涂层的耐磨性能较其他复合涂层的更优,其中含c-BN镍基复合涂层的磨损量仅为0.0039mg/(N·m);100N载荷下,含5%WS2,Cu,h-BN的镍基复合涂层的耐磨性较其他复合涂层的更优;基体的磨损机制主要为疲劳和黏着磨损,镍基复合涂层表现出一定的塑性变形,主要为疲劳磨损。Nickel-based alloy coatings containing wear-resistant additives were prepared on the surface of nodular cast iron by flame spraying.The friction and wear behavior of the nodular cast iron substrate and the Ni-based coatings was examined with a pin-on-disk friction and wear tester.The morphology of worn surfaces was observed with a digital microscope,and the wear mechanism of the Ni-based coatings was discussed.Results indicated that,under heavy load condition,the nodular cast iron substrate was liable to severe wear,and the Ni-based coatings doped with wear-resistant additives showed good wear resistance.In the meantime,the wear mass loss of the Ni-based coatings under a load of 20~100 N significantly varied with varying type and dosage of the additives.Moreover,under dry sliding condition,the nodular cast iron substrate was mainly dominated by fatigue and adhesion wear,and the Ni-based coatings were dominated by fatigue wear,accompanied by a certain degree of plastic deformation.
