摘  要:为了减少和防止叔十二烷基硫醇(TDM)对灌装用冷轧钢板的腐蚀,采用数码相机、扫描电镜观察和X射线光电子能谱研究了冷轧钢板在分别含NaCl和H2O的TDM浸泡液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:泠轧钢板浸入TDM浸泡液中时,TDM在冷轧钢板上形成了一层自组装膜层,当TDM浸泡液中含有NaCl时,Cl-的吸附和穿透会加速膜层破坏,使冷轧钢板呈均匀腐蚀形态;冷轧钢板缺陷处无自组装膜层覆盖,当其浸入含H2O的TDM浸泡液中时,H2O对冷轧钢板在TDM中的腐蚀起决定性加速作用,使冷轧钢板无膜层覆盖部位发生阳极溶解腐蚀,产生点蚀,当溶液中存在厌氧菌时,H2O会加速厌氧菌在缺陷处的增殖,产生垢下腐蚀,而有膜层覆盖之处,由于H2O的存在,产生了丝状腐蚀。A digital camera,a scanning electron microscope,and an X-ray photoelectron spectroscope were performed to investigate the corrosion behavior of cold rolled steel sheets in t-dodecyl mercaptan( denoted as TDM) separately containing NaCl and H2O.It was found that a self-assembled coating of TDM was formed on the steel surface after the steel sheet was immersed in TDM solution.When the cold rolled steel sheet was immersed in TDM containing NaCl,adsorption and penetration of Cl-accelerated the destruction of the self-assembled TDM coating on steel surface,thereby leading to uniform corrosion of the steel sheet.TDM self assembled coating did not exist at the defects of the cold rolled steel surface.If H2O existed in the TDM medium,the corrosion of the steel drastically accelerated.As a result,the locations without self-assembled layer on the steel surface were liable to anodic dissolving corrosion and pitting.Moreover,when anaerobic bacteria were present in TDM containing H2O,H2O acted to accelerate the regeneration of the anaerobic bacteria and led to corrosion beneath scale,while filiform corrosion was observed on the locations covered by self-assembled coating.
