摘 要:本研究采用水培系统培养,设5个盐质量浓度梯度(0、5、10、15和20g.L-1 NaCl),对比了9个匍匐翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)品种的草坪地上生长量(CY),叶片含水量(LWC),叶绿素含量(Chl)和根系生长量(RM)等指标,比较了各品种在成熟期的耐盐性。结果显示,盐处理对各品种的CY、LWC、Chl和RM都有明显抑制作用,且抑制作用随盐质量浓度的增加而加强。草坪地上生长量和根系生长量在10g.L-1 NaCl溶液培养条件下呈先升后降的趋势。在所有品种中,Alpha在成熟期的耐盐性最强,Kingpin耐盐性最弱,其他几个代表品种耐盐性居于两者之间。A hydroponic system was used to compare the salinity tolerance of 9 creeping bentgrass (Agros- tis stolonifera)cultivars at the mature stage. Salinity levels were set as 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 g·L-1 NaCl. Turfgrass clippings yield (CY), leaf water content (LWC), chlorophyll content (Chl) and root mass (RM) were measured to compare the relative salinity tolerance of these cultivars. The results showed that salinity had detrimental effects on all indexes. However, CY and RM increased at the lower NaCl concen- tration solutes before day 22 and then decreased. Among all cultivars, Alpha was the most tolerant culti- var, Kingpin was the most sensitive one, and other cultivars were moderate tolerant culthvates. The results indicate that there is substantial variation in salinity tolerance among these cultivars.
