摘　　要：自行设计与制造的小型液压舔块加工设备由机架、成形油缸、卸料油缸、模具、液压泵站和电气控制系统组成,设备的技术参数均能满足舔块生产的要求,配套功率5.5kW,生产效率200～300kg.h-1,舔块成型率100%。该舔块机结构简单、操作方便且造价低廉,可根据当地饲料、营养缺乏状况及草食家畜饲养方式灵活地更换模具及调整舔块配方,以便生产出相应舔块。The hydranlil linck block machine is composed of rack, molding cylinders, unloading cylinder, die, hydraulic pump station and electrical control system. And The technical parameters of the device is ableto meet the production requirements. The supporting power is 5.5 kilowatts, the production efficiency is 200--300 kg ~ h 1 ,and lick blocks forming rate is 100%. The lick block machine is a simple structure, which is convenient operate and low cost. It is more convenient to produce corresponding lick block by changing mold and adjusting formula according to the local feed conditions, nutritional deficiencies and husbandry practices.
