摘　　要：中国共产党的群众路线既是世界观又是方法论。党的十八大报告部署以"为民、务实、清廉"为主要内容的"党的群众路线教育实践活动",因其强烈反映和回应了时代"突出问题",彰显出新时期党的群众路线的价值诉求、工作作风和党的执政形象,是党的群众路线的又一次与时俱进的伟大创举。Chinese Communist Party’s mass line is both a worldview and methodology.The report of 18th Congress of CPC deploys 'for people,pragmatic,honest' as the main content of 'the Party’s mass line educational practice,' because of which strongly reflects and responds to the era of 'outstanding issues,' highlights the Party’s mass line value proposition,work style and the Party’s image,is the Party’s mass line again advancing with great initiative.
