摘　　要：西方资产阶级成为统治阶级以后,开始给西方民主涂上层层的灵光圈,把它供奉在圣坛上,让人顶礼膜拜;在美国夺取世界霸权以后,更把这种民主迷信推进到登峰造极的地步。然而,国际金融危机从根本上抽掉了这种造神运动的物质基础,把西方民主从圣坛上推下来,打回了原形:输出民主,是美国干涉别国内政,推行新殖民主义的战略;竞争性选举导致金钱民主、短视民主、政党恶斗乃至国家机器瘫痪;美国自由、平等和人权的状况与政策,同《独立宣言》、《世界人权宣言》的基本精神背道而驰。After the western bourgeoisie had become the ruling class,it began coating Western democracy with layers of holy light ring,putting it onto the altar,making the public prostrate in worship;upon the American seizure of the world hegemony,the blind faith in democracy was put forward to reach the peak of perfection.However,the international financial crises have pulled off fundamentally the material foundation of this apotheosis,the western democracy has been pushed down from the altar,back to the original shape: Democracy output,is American strategy of interference in the internal affairs of other countries,and the implementation of the neocolonialism.The competitive election led to democracy of money,short-sighted democracy,battles between political parties and even the breakdown of the state machinery.The situation and policy of American freedom,equality and human rights draw further apart with the basic spirit of,with the Declaration of Independence and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
