摘 要:以成品梗丝填充值指标为参考,在单因素试验的基础上,运用三因素三水平曲面响应分析法,研究制梗丝过程中工艺参数对梗丝膨胀效果的影响。结果表明,切梗宽度、膨胀含水率、闪蒸蒸汽量对梗丝填充值影响显著,试验还建立了回归方程,模型有效且显著;梗丝膨胀最佳工艺为切梗宽度0.16mm,膨胀含水率38.2%,闪蒸蒸汽量900kg/h。该条件下,梗丝填充值最高。With the index of filling value of finished product tobacco stem wire for reference,on the basis of single factor experiment, u sing three factors three levels of response surface method, the influ- ence of tobacco stem wire process parameters upon stem wire expan- sion effect was investigated. Results shows that the tobacco stem cutting width, expansion moisture content, flash steam have great effects on filling value, and that the regression equation has been es- tablished is effective and significant; the optimal condition of stem wire processing is obtained as follow: stem cutting width is 0.16 mm, expansion moisture content is 38. 2%, flash steam is 900 kg/h. Under above optimum expansion parameters, filling value of tobacco stem wire is highest.
