摘　　要：机构方案的拟定是机械产品设计中的首要问题。文中以功能特性为主线,根据预期的产品功能特性,采用数学分析法,建立了产品功能特征与求解机构特性之间有效映射的理论模型,并通过形态学矩阵获得求解方案。通过综合考虑机构特性之间的相容性、可行性、整体性及环境适应性等因素对产品功能特征的影响,借助于层次分析法(AHP)完成优化决策,并通过实例说明了该方法的有效性。Concept design is the primary problem in the mechanical product development. Oriented to the product function, this paper has established an effective mapping between the product functions and mechanism features by mathematical analysis. Based on morphological matrix, a lot of proposals for solution have been found. By considering the mechanism features, compatibility, feasibility, integrity, and adaptability to environment and other factors affecting the product functions, the paper has complete the optimization decisions with the analytic hierarchy Process （AHP）. a case study is given to illustrate the application of the mapping approach presented in this paper.
