摘 要:以输出机构为孔销式的少齿差行星减速器为研究对象,设计其行星齿轮与内齿轮正确啮合的齿廓参数,同时对啮合力进行了理论推导,并利用三维软件solidworks建立整个减速器实体模型。以ADAMS软件为平台建立虚拟样机模型,进行运动学与动力学仿真。仿真结果得到减速器输出轴转速和传动比,啮合力、接触作用力的时域和频域的参数曲线以及减速器的转动频率。仿真结果与理论值吻合度很高,为减速器动态特性优化提供了理论指导。This paper takes the output mechanism with hole-pin few teeth difference planet-gear speed reducer as the object of study. The gear tooth profile parameters of planet gear and internal gear are designed in order to make them mesh properly. The meshing force is derived theortetically, at the same time, 3D software Solidworks is used to establish entity model of the whole reducer. Take ADAMS software as a platform to build a virtual prototype model and complete kinematics and dynamics simulation. Thus, the simulation results including output shaft speed, transmission ratio, rotational frequency of reducer, parameter curve of time domain and frequency domain of meshing force and contact force can be obtained. The simulation results and the theoretical values coincide very well, so this method provided theoretical guidance of optimization of dynamic characteristics for this type of reducer.
