摘　　要：建立完善合理的配置模型是实现产品快速配置设计的基础,针对目前在配置模型的建模方法上存在的不足,提出了基于虚拟接口的产品族建模方法,建立了产品族配置模型;通过对虚拟接口的优点、连接方式、参数设置以及接口的约束表达等方面的深入探讨,建立了零件族配置模型以及部件族配置模型,并给出了产品族配置模型的具体建模过程,基于虚拟接口建立起来的配置模型更易于表达和理解,增强了产品的变型能力和可配置性,解决了困绕配置设计的适应性技术难题。Setting up perfect responable configuration model is the foundation of achieving rapid configuration de- sign. In this paper, a method of establishing product family model based on virtual interface is proposed, so the product family configuration model is built. With the advantages of virtual interface, connecting mode parameter setting and constraint expression interface are discussed. Both the configuration models of the part-family and the assembly-family are established. Process of modeling family configuration is given. Configuration model based on virtual interface is eas- ier for expressing and understanding and also enhancing the product variant ability and configurability.
