摘 要:利用实验数据对有限元模型进行验证和修改是建立精确有限元模型的常用方法,要达到这一目的就必须对有限元计算模型和试验模型的相关性进行分析。目前国内外主要限于对两种模型在频域范围内对模态参数的相关性进行比较分析,但这种方法在复杂结构的应用上受到限制。文中从时域角度出发,在基于0-1序列的互相关分析理论的基础上,论证了响应数据序列满足时序分析理论所要求的条件特征,给出了响应相关分析的具体计算方法,并以YZ4105柴油机缸体为例验证了这种方法在柴油机复杂构件动态响应分析上的可行性和适用性。Using the experimental data to validate and modify the finite element model is a common method for es- tablishing the precise finite element model. To achieve this goal requires analyzing and calculating the correlativity of the finite element model and the experimental model. Currently these two kinds of model are mainly limited to analyze comparatively the correlativity of the modal parameters in the frequency domain. However this conmon method is con- strained the application to the complex structure. From the viewpoint of time-domain, time response correlativity of these two models was discussed in this paper based on the cross correlation analysis theory of 0 - 1 time series. First the required characteristics for responding the data sequence to meet the conditions of time series analysis theory were proved theoretically. Secondly, the specific calculation method of this response correlation analysis was given. Finally, the characteristics, the applicability and the feasibility of this method were verified through an example of diesel engine cylinder block Type YZ4105.
