摘  要:目的探讨区域性大型活动卫生保障管道分质直饮水风险评价指标,建立评价模型,寻找卫生保障中管道分质直饮水的重点环节,为开展区域性大型活动卫生保障工作提供科学依据。方法采用Delphi专家咨询法方法研究确定管道分质直饮水风险评价指标体系及其权重;采用综合指数法建立线形风险评价模型。结果 25名咨询专家的平均专业工作经历为(20.48±6.95)年,两轮的应答率均为100%,权威系数均为(0.86±0.06),Kendall协调系数分别为0.657(χ2=230.062,P﹤0.01),0.858(χ2=300.450,P﹤0.01),经卡方检验均具有统计学意义;确定了管道分质直饮水风险评价的一级指标3项、二级指标12项,以及各项指标的权重,其中一级指标卫生管理、设施管理和水质管理的平均权重分别为2.12、3.84和4.04;建立了线形风险评价模型。结论区域性大型活动卫生保障管道分质直饮水线形风险评价模型可进行区域性大型活动期间管道分质直饮水单位的风险评价,有助于发现管道分质直饮水单位的卫生安全隐患,具有推广应用价值。OBJECTIVE To discuss the risk quantitative evaluation indicators and model for the dedicated drinking water health security during the regional mass gathering in order to find the key areas of the dedicated drinking water and to offer scientific bases for the security public health of the regional mass gathering. METHODS Delphi expert consultation method was used to establish the indicator systems of the risk evaluation of the dedicated drinking water health security during the regional mass gathering. And to determine the weight of the indicators. Furthermore, the comprehensive index method was used to establish the linear risk evaluation model for evaluating the dedicated drinking water risk for the dedicated drinking water health security during the regional mass gathering. RESULTS The average length of service of the twenty-five experts was (20.48 ± 6.95) years. The response rates of the two rounds consultation from the experts were both 100% , the average coefficient of experts, authorities were both 0.86 ± 0.06, and Kendall coefficients were 0.657 (χ2 = 230.062, P﹤ 0.01), 0.858 (χ2 = 300.450, P﹤ 0.01), and opinions among experts became be consistent. Three first-class indicators, twelve second-class indicators for risk evaluating the dedicated drinking water health security, which could seriously influence the regional mass gathering, were identified. And the weight of the indicators was established. The average weighs of hygiene management, facility management and water quality management were 2.12, 3.84 and 4.04, respectively. Moreover, the linear risk evaluation model was established. CONCLUSION The establishment of the risk quantitative evaluation model for the dedicated drinking water health security during the regional mass gathering can evaluate the risk and help to find the health and safety hidden dangers of the dedicated drinking water units during the regional mass gathering, which is worthy of wide spread.
